FAQs for Families
Q: How will you help my child settle in?
We understand that moving to a new home is a big step.
Our team uses gradual introductions, personalised welcome packs, and key worker systems to help each child feel safe, heard, and supported from day one.
Q: Can I stay involved in my child’s life?
Absolutely. Where appropriate, we actively encourage positive family contact.
We’ll work with you and your child’s social worker to create a contact plan that suits everyone’s needs and best supports the child’s wellbeing.
Q: How do you support education?
We work closely with schools, virtual school heads, and alternative provision providers.
We support young people with routines, homework, and advocacy for their educational needs.

Yes — subject to availability and matching assessments.
We prioritise stability and safety and will only accept emergency placements where we are confident we can meet the child’s immediate and ongoing needs.
Q: What therapeutic input do you provide?
Our model is trauma-informed and relational.
We offer keywork sessions, life skills work, emotional regulation support, and access to external therapeutic services where needed.
All staff are trained in therapeutic parenting principles.
Q: What happens after placement?
We support smooth transitions to independence, family reunification, or foster placements.
Our goal is always to build skills, confidence, and readiness for the next step — whatever that may be.
